I always have a hard time deciding on vegetables for holiday dinners. I get e mails from some friends asking what I decided on for ____ holiday meal. They thinks it's funny to see me stress over veggies. I don't. If anyone has any suggestions I'll take them under advisement. After about 50 holiday dinners, I have run out of ideas.
Any help will be appreciated. If it's a really good recipe, I'll add it to my web site www.magnoliahousewares.com

One veggie dish I like to make around the holidays is Green Beans Amandine. It's really quick and simple, but tastey.
Take about 2 cups of fresh or frozen cut green beans (I hate the canned variety). Toss them with about 1/2 cup of almond slices, 2 TBS butter, and a dash of salt and pepper. Microwave for about 3 minutes or so.
Give it a try!
Thanks John,
I'll let you know how it came out.
I appreciate the input.

I can't believe it has been so long since my last posting. Time flies. I'm trying to get my sister, Michelle to post the family cheesecake recipe. I have hundreds of recipes, if anyone would like a specific area, let me know, if not I'll just start typing. I will get on Michelle's back about the cheesecake. It is fabulous!
